AI Aircraft and Combat
X-Plane adds other aircraft around you in the simulator to increase the reality of the flying experience.
Adding and Removing AI Aircraft
By default, three AI aircraft are enabled when you start X-Plane 11. You can remove all aircraft, add or change aircraft, and set liveries.
There is also an option to randomize the AI aircraft on each flight.
Combat Aircraft
Enabling combat aircraft allows gunfights against enemy AI aircraft.
With combat enabled:
- Each AI aircraft can be set to non-combatant, enemy, or friend
- Enemy skill level can be set between Very Easy and Very Hard
