No ATC/AI Aircraft

From time to time, our support team will request that you attempt a flight in X-Plane with no ATC interaction or AI Aircraft enabled.

ATC Interaction - This is pretty simple - just do not file a flight plan or request any ATC services.

AI Aircraft - You can configure the number of AI Aircraft in X-Plane in the Flight Configuration screen. When you open the AI Aircraft pop-up, make sure that no aircraft are listed here. If there are aircraft on this list, you can remove these be clicking the X shown below in red.
