This is a feature that we've added to X-Plane to show you the aerodynamic forces that are acting on your aircraft in real time. When this is activated, you aircraft will look something like this:

If you would like to disable this visualization, you can tap the Flight Model button a few times to cycle through the different options, including no visualization.
