DVD Errors
If you are installing X-Plane from a DVD set and receive an error during the installation process, please try these steps before contacting support.
- Insert the DVD with the problem in the driver
- Navigate to the DVD in the Finder/File Explore
- Test to see if you can copy the entire contents of the DVD to the Desktop of your computer
If you receive an error during this test, we'll be happy to help you get a replacement! For DVD sets that bear the Aerosoft Edition branding, please contact Aerosoft directly.
