Restore Mobile Purchases

If you misplace some purchases made on our X-Plane Mobile App, no worries!

The first method to restore mobile purchases is in the Settings -> Purchases window. Pressing the "Restore Purchases" button often does the trick!

As long as you are using the same app store account that you purchased the plane with, you will not be charged again for the same purchase in our app. Because of that, you can go to the purchase option of an individual aircraft, tap the buy now button and go through the purchase process. This will not work if you have switched platforms, i.e. Android account to iOS or vice versa.

If you are using Family Sharing on iOS, logging each family member out of the app store and then logging in again may help in restoring purchases. Family Sharing can also cause issues in the initial purchase process.
