Can't Find Product Key

Can't find your product key? We've got you covered.

Product keys are only used for the digital download option, and are e-mailed to you when you make a purchase. DVD and USB versions do not have product keys at all.

If you've just placed an order for a digital key, and you're waiting for an e-mail with your invoice and key, don't forget to also check your spam folder. 

If you're searching for a key purchased a while ago, check out our key recovery service to get your key e-mailed to you automatically. This feature only works for digital keys purchased on the X-Plane.com website. (Note: Make sure you enter the e-mail that you used when you placed the order.)

If the reply states that "No X-Plane digital download keys were found for this email address," and you are certain that your key was ordered on our website, no problem! Our support staff can do some digging and locate your key for you - email us at keyrecovery@x-plane.com

If you purchased a digital key from a third party retailer and need help locating it again, your best bet is to contact them directly.
