Product Key Disabled

Stopped in your tracks? Don't fret! There are several reasons a product key could be disabled, and we are happy to look into why this might've happened. If you're seeing the message below, there are a couple things that are helpful to know.

Sometimes connection issues can cause a key to be automatically disabled. This happens a lot with VPN's or changing up the way you're connecting to the server. Deactivation is much less likely to happen if you can connect without a VPN and if you can keep your connection method consistent when running the sim. If the product key is used on multiple computers, this can also be cause for deactivation, as we do have a one key per machine policy.

If you are getting this message with your copy of X-Plane, shoot us an e-mail (keyrecovery@x-plane.com) and we will be happy to get to the bottom of it. If your license was purchased outside of our website, please have your invoice handy.
