Add-On Support and Keys

Are you having an issue with aircrafts, sceneries, or plugins purchased outside of X-Plane.com? The best and quickest way to get these issues resolved is by contacting the support staff where the add-on was purchased directly. Below is a list of common retailers and developers along with their contact info so you get back up and running!

• For purchases made from X-Plane.org, you can get support by e-mailing sales@x-plane.org. (Yep, they are an entirely separate organization from X-Plane.com.)
• For support for FlightFactor purchases (A320, etc.), visit this link.
• For support for Carenado purchases, you will need to go here.
• A support forum for Zibo 737 can be found here.

If you are asked for a serial number for an aircraft, like the image below, that can be retrieved at the site where you purchased the aircraft.
